Saiia Construction Company LLC, a MasTec company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator with 24 years of experience. We are also open to training a dedicated employee who is eager to learn and grow with us in West Point, VA. In this full-time night shift position (7:00 PM 7:00 AM), you will primarily be responsible for operating on-site dump trucks and loaders. No CDL is required for this rolejust proven hands-on equipment experience and a commitment to safe, dependable work.

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, graders, dump trucks, front-end loaders, compactors, scrapers, and water trucks to move materials to and from designated areas. Participate in required training and ensure all established safety rules, procedures, policies, OSHA and MSHA regulations are followed.
