• Pay On-Demand: Get quick access to a portion of your earned wages after completed shifts.
• Weekly Pay: Week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday - payday is Friday.

Responsibilities

• Be the spark ! Greet every customer with a smile, serve up fast, friendly service, and help make every visit awesome.
• Jump in everywhere! Learn and rotate through deli, café, bakery, and cashier roles-no two days are the same, and you'll always be keeping things moving.
• Keep it fresh! Prep food, restock items, and follow simple safety and quality standards so everything looks, smells, and tastes great.
• Rock the space! Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting-inside and out-so everyone can enjoy a safe, fun environment.
• Team up and shine! Support your coworkers, help train new teammates, share ideas, stay in the loop on updates, and celebrate wins together while hitting shift goals.

Qualifications

• Positive, high-energy attitude with a genuine customer-first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new skills; prior cashier or food & beverage experience a plus.

Compensation Disclosure Statement

Pay is from $16.00- $16.50 / hour
