Senior Accountant

Lien Transportation Co., an employee-owned site work and asphalt contractor is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Monitor project costs and help analyze job profitability. Work closely with project managers to track project expenses and budgets.
• Participate in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes including sales of construction materials.
• Assist in cash flow management and financial recordkeeping
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Perform financial analysis and provide administrative support to the CFO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (an ERP) is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.

Previous construction and ESOP accounting experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation
$90,000 to $120,000 per year
