Law Student Recruiting & Summer Program Lead

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP is seeking a Law Student Recruiting Specialist to manage the law school recruiting process and the 10-week summer associate program across offices, under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager for Law Students. Responsibilities include building relationships with feeder schools, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the full-cycle 1L/2L process, plus budgeting and reporting.
