The Opportunity

As a Deals - DTDS - Analytics - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will leverage your skills in data analysis to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional standards while using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.

In this role, you will apply analytics to contract data to identify risk, obligations, performance insights, and compliance indicators. You will be instrumental in driving the delivery of client solutions and contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities

- Conducting complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes

- Developing algorithms and data models to support analytics initiatives and enhance data-driven strategies

- Integrating data from multiple sources to create unified views for comprehensive analysis

- Building and maintaining data pipelines to validate efficient data flow and accessibility

- Applying machine learning techniques to improve predictive modeling and analytics capabilities

- Utilizing Python for data manipulation and analysis to support client engagements

- Collaborating with teams to provide strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions

- Creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and business metrics

- Validating data integrity and security within analytics frameworks to maintain trust in data-driven insights

- Supporting contract analytics by identifying risks, obligations, and compliance indicators through data analysis

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree

- At least 3 years of experience

- These client service Senior Associate positions are for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application

October 8, 2026The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
