POSITION TITLE: Marketing Assistant COMPENSATION:Competitive Salary DOE BENEFITS: Standard package LOCATION: Pasadena, TX SUMMARY: The Client Specialist will play a critical role in converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), ensuring that every interaction, event, and campaign translates into real business opportunities. This role ensures that our marketing efforts turn into real conversations, real opportunities

DUTIES AND RESPONABLITIES:

Convert inbound and event-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) Proactively reach out to leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn to establish contact and interest Schedule high-quality meetings between prospects and the sales team Ensure all leads are properly entered, enriched, and tracked in HubSpot Manage post-event follow-up processes, including CRM updates and outreach Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align on target accounts and priorities Track pipeline progression from MQL to SQL and ensure no opportunities are lost Maintain high standards of organization and follow-through across all activities

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education. Experience as described below may be accepted in lieu of education.
