MSL Field Medical Director, Oncology - Northeast

Regional Field Medical leader responsible for directing and developing oncology field medical teams across the Northeast, translating medical strategy into regional execution, and managing scientific engagement with healthcare professionals in the multiple myeloma therapeutic area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Field Medical Team members to deliver consistent, compliant scientific engagement in multiple myeloma
- Translate medical and therapeutic area strategy into clear regional field priorities and execution plans
- Review and elevate field-identified healthcare professional perspectives to inform medical planning and evidence strategies
- Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen scientific capability and communication skills across the field team
- Monitor regional field activity, data quality, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
- Experience in Field Medical, Medical Affairs, or pharmaceutical scientific roles
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching field-based scientific professionals
- Ability to translate medical strategy into field execution and performance standards
- Experience leveraging field insights to inform medical and evidence planning
- Cross-functional collaboration experience within Medical Affairs organizations
