Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience Previous experience managing an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or retail operation Demonstrated success leading teams and developing employees Experience managing budgets, expenses, and profit & loss performance Strong customer relationship and business development skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems Who Thrives at AWG?
