Salesforce Administrator

What You'll Do Plan Partner with Client Services teams to understand data collection and reporting requirements Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to maintain a cohesive data architecture and reporting model Ensure Salesforce data structures support business intelligence and reporting needs Advise Data Governance teams on system changes, priorities, and impacts Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops Develop strategic design and implementation plans for Salesforce enhancements Prioritize and manage enhancement projects with leadership teams Coordinate with external partners on Community Portal and Client Portal improvements Build Manage Salesforce sandbox and development environments Configure and implement Salesforce enhancements and third‑party applications Create test plans, coordinate UAT, and manage testing cycles Deploy validated changes into production environments Maintain system documentation and change records Act as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technology partner projects Run Maintain and optimize Salesforce environments for Programs and Operations teams Manage Salesforce releases, upgrades, and proactive maintenance activities Oversee security configuration, user provisioning, roles, profiles, and permissions Provide end‑user support and troubleshoot system issues through resolution Monitor help desk requests and identify trends for continuous improvement Manage enhancement backlogs and formal change control processes Stay current on Salesforce product innovations and best practices Additional Responsibilities User and license management for internal and external users Flows Fields Record Types Custom Settings Reports Monitor user adoption and engagement Develop and deliver user training programs Create training materials and documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Degree, or relevant professional qualification Technical Skills 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience Strong Salesforce product knowledge (Sales Cloud or other Salesforce products) SQL and database administration experience Experience with data collection, reporting, and dashboard creation Professional Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting diverse and multicultural teams Additional Salesforce Certifications are a plus Experience with nonprofit, community services, or client services environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
