Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Float to additional care sites as needed during assigned shift

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Ability and willingness to float between worksites as required
• Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience using Casamba documentation software
• Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care environments
