Caseload: Students ages 18-22
Classroom Setting: Transition Classroom
Work Setting: Onsite Only
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized instruction and support to students ages 18-22.
Develop and implement engaging transition-focused educational activities.
Help students build independent living, communication, social, and vocational skills.
Support students in preparing for life after high school and future employment opportunities.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to promote student success.
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
Support students in achieving their individualized education and transition goals.
Qualifications
Special Education teaching experience preferred.
Experience working with students ages 18-22 or in a transition classroom is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
