What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Triage and assess patient conditions promptly and accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in EPIC electronic health record system.
• Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changing conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in holiday rotations and weekend shifts as required.

What You Need

• Active Louisiana RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, and CPI (CPI available at facility for $100)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
