We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations nationwide. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and play a key role in shaping our workforce while ensuring compliance with employment and affirmative action programs.If you're a relationship-builder, strategic thinker, and recruiting expert who enjoys making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Recruiter, you will:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for both exempt and non-exempt positions.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending top candidates.Communicate recruiting strategies, market insights, and hiring recommendations to leaders at all levels of the organization.Develop and maintain diverse recruiting pipelines through a variety of sourcing channels, including:Online job boards and social mediaInternal and external job postingsEmployment agenciesJob fairs and networking eventsCollege and university partnershipsCommunity outreach programsBuild and maintain candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.Ensure recruiting and selection processes are consistent, effective, and aligned with company standards.Support interview processes, reference checks, and hiring decisions.Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, affirmative action requirements, diversity recruiting initiatives, applicant tracking procedures, and job posting regulations.Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting metrics.Promote and support company health and safety policies.Perform other related duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsProven success recruiting and hiring high-quality talent across a variety of positions.Strong experience in either corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or a combination of both.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.Demonstrated success with internet-based sourcing and recruiting.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Creative problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred.5-7 years of recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Additional RequirementsValid driver's license required.Ability to travel up to 10%.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of our organization.
