With access to over 100 insurance carriers, you'll have the tools and resources needed to provide clients with customized solutions while building a rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Do

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

✅ Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, coverage reviews, and changes

✅ Generate and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs

✅ Conduct insurance consultations and recommend appropriate coverage

✅ Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities

✅ Follow up with leads and existing clients to deliver exceptional service

✅ Handle phone, email, and in-person customer interactions

✅ Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✅ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License

✔ At least 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service

✔ Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Life & Health License

⭐ Experience with an independent insurance agency

⭐ Bilingual English/Spanish

⭐ Experience working with multiple insurance carriers and products
