At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive that signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Must work well under pressure.
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task
- Work in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment.
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
