Receptionist

We are seeking a dependable, welcoming, and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in a temporary-to-hire capacity. As the first point of contact for our office, you will set the tone for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring daily administrative tasks run smoothly.

This position offers a pathway to a permanent, full-time role with our growing company based on performance and attendance during the trial period.

salary: $17 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warm-heartedly and direct them to the appropriate contact or room

• Answer, screen, and route incoming multi-line phone calls professionally while taking accurate messages

• Sort and distribute daily incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing shipments

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked reception area, lobby, and shared breakrooms

• Assist various departments with basic clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, document preparation, and calendar scheduling

• Monitor office supply levels and place order requests as needed
