If so, we have the perfect role for you at Jersey Mike's Subs! As a Crew Member, you will have the opportunity to join our team of highly skilled and motivated individuals. You will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve preparing, packing, and serving our mouthwatering subs, while maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
- Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment accurately and quickly
- Work together with the line team to prepare subs to customer specifications, following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness by clearing and wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly, resolving problems according to Jersey Mike's standards and policy
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to the corporate dress code
- Energetic, hard-working, and ethical
- Ability to understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Commitment to learning and working as a team player
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
