You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, employee engagement, and HR operations in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years in recruiting and payroll, preferably with manufacturing experience and ADP/HRIS proficiency.
