What You'll Do:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Zagers, answering calls and providing outstanding service to our valued customers. You'll:

Answer inbound and outbound calls promptly and courteously, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued.

Provide accurate information and guide customers to the appropriate department or person for their needs.

Skillfully address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, working to find solutions and ensure satisfaction.

Become proficient in our systems, including MS Office Suite, Adobe Sign, and Evosus Platform, to manage service schedules, parts orders, and billing efficiently.

Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to create a seamless and positive customer experience.
