Line cooks are responsible for setting up their stations and restocking items. They also organize, sanitize and clean the kitchen, storage areas and coolers.

Los cocineros en las lneas de Taqueria, se encargan de preparar los alimentos asignados. Deben seguir las recetas y las directrices de control de las porciones fijadas por la compaa. Los cocineros de las lneas de taquerias son responsables de montar y organizar sus estaciones en la taquera y reabastecer los alimentos que se necesiten. Tambin organizan, desinfectar y limpiar la cocina, reas de almacenamiento y refrigeradores.
