As a Security Guard Full Time Observation in Jackson, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $18.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, check visitor and contractor credentials, and report unusual conditions, damaged property, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
