Senior PLC Engineer

To support complex data center and critical infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior PLC Engineer will design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver PLC-based control systems while mentoring junior engineers in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Design and modify PLC control logic for HVAC and critical facility infrastructure, ensuring reliable program execution Lead troubleshooting and commissioning of PLC logic and field devices, collaborating with various technical teams Mentor Associate PLC Engineers and provide technical guidance through code reviews and project support Required Qualifications 5-8 years of hands-on PLC programming or industrial automation experience Strong experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 and knowledge of industrial communication protocols Proven ability to program and troubleshoot complex HVAC and critical infrastructure systems Experience in system integration and field commissioning in live project environments Ability to mentor less experienced engineers and provide clear technical guidance
