Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in conversations with customers. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Licensing is NOT required for this role.
