From semiconductor manufacturing to data centers and state-of-the-art research facilities, you'll help protect the heart of our clients' operations.What You'll DoDeliver code-compliant fire and life safety solutions including fire sprinklers, gaseous agents, fire detection, toxic gas detection, smoke modeling, and explosion prevention.Take ownership as Engineer of Record, guiding teams and collaborating with senior design professionals.Interface directly with clients and local code officials to ensure compliance and excellence.Use AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create 3D BIM models and design systems such as fire alarms, smoke and leak detection, security, and intrusion detection.Apply Life Safety & Fire codes and industry standards to produce calculations, specifications, network diagrams, and detailed construction deliverables in both 2D and 3D formats.What We're Looking ForExperience in fire protection engineering and life safety systems design.Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.Ready to make an impact where safety meets innovation?Apply today and help us protect the future. Bring your curiosity, talent for multi-tasking and collaboration, and extreme organizational skills and we'll help you grow, pursue, and fulfill what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.Here's what you'll needBachelor's degree in EngineeringAt least 4 years of experience with Safety System DesignKnowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA101 Life Safety Code and NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling CodeKnowledge and application of NFPA 70 (NEC) and electrical design requirementsKnowledge and application of NFPA 400 Hazardous Materials CodeKnowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and manufacturers' equipment, including VESDA systemsDesign experience with Fire Alarm, VESDA systems, security CCTV, HPM and Leak DetectionKnowledge of design and construction specificationsExperience estimating and scheduling mid-to-large-scale projectsVisa Sponsorship is not available for this roleIdeally, you'll also have:Professional Engineering (PE) licenseExperience leading projects and managing resourcesExperience mentoring junior staffDesign Management experienceDesign experience in semiconductor or data centersWorking knowledge of 3D BIM software (Revit)The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $155,650.00.
