Physical Therapist Contract Role
This is a Physical Therapist contract role providing acute care services at a hospital setting in Worcester, MA. The position requires hospital acute care experience, preferably at a level I or II trauma hospital, and operates on a rotating schedule that includes weekday and one weekend per month coverage.

Position Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 3 months
Pay Rate: $66.00$73.33 / Hour (USD)
Shift / Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM with one full weekend a month Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM with a day off the week before and a day off the week after
Hours Per Week: 40
Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Education Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Massachusetts PT license required
Required Experience
- 2 years of hospital acute care experience, preferably at a level I or II trauma hospital
Required Skills
- Hospital acute care clinical competency
Preferred Skills
- EPIC experience preferred
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed
- COVID-19 vaccination: not required
- On-call expectations apply (on-call and call-back obligations per contract terms)
