Remote Lead Software Engineer & AI/ML Architect

8th Light is seeking a Lead Engineer who will take charge of consulting engagements and lead teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The candidate will work on a variety of projects using cutting-edge technologies while mentoring colleagues and managing project roadmaps.

With over 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a successful history in software development, experience in AI/ML, and be comfortable leading architecture discussions. A flexible PTO and an emphasis on continuous learning are part of the company culture.
