Workday HCM Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Workday HCM Analyst will provide analytical, configuration, and troubleshooting support for HR functional areas, focusing on the improvement and maintenance of Workday HR Systems and related processes. Key responsibilities Manage business configuration and maintenance of Workday HR Systems, including security and process configurations Translate non-technical requirements into technical concepts while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements across HR teams Analyze and develop functional modifications and enhancements to Workday and other HR systems, serving as a subject matter expert Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field preferred 2 years of experience with Workday HCM required; 2+ years preferred Comprehensive understanding of all Workday HCM modules including core, payroll, benefits, and compensation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Workday Pro or HCM Certification highly preferred
