Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• Professional PT certification required
• Minimum education requirement: Doctoral

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
• Shift days: Monday - Friday
• Schedule details: 32 hours per week
• Coverage area includes Christian, Trigg, Caldwell, and Lyon counties
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• On-call or weekend requirement: none
