Global Operations Center Technician

Position located at Epic’s campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required. Epic provides financial assistance for relocation. Overview As an Operations Center Technician, you will help maintain business continuity across Epic’s global campuses by monitoring real‑time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur, and work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
