Village Family Dental is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time team member (29-31 hours/week) who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify patient information and update records accurately
• Perform data entry and maintain electronic patient files
• Check patients in and out of appointments
• Process payments and assist with insurance information
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support daily office operations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software-Dentrix experience preferred
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers
• Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time Available ( Tuesday-Friday preferred)
