You’ll bring a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset—leveraging the full capabilities of a leading financial institution to deliver sophisticated credit structures, treasury solutions, and integrated financial strategies that fuel client success.**Key responsibilities*** **Own and grow** a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for clients with revenues up to $50MM* Drive **new client acquisition and revenue growth** through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystem* Lead complex financial conversations and **structure credit solutions exceeding $2.5MM**, including lines of credit, term debt, buyouts, and commercial real estate* Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating seamlessly across: + Treasury Management + Payments + Credit Cards + Personal Wealth and Advisory partners* Maintain full accountability for the client relationship while **orchestrating internal partnerships** in a large, matrixed organization* Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experience* Anticipate client needs by staying ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions**Who You Are**You’re a seasoned relationship manager with a **hunter‐mentor mindset**—equally comfortable opening new doors, navigating complex credit, and acting as a strategic advisor to healthcare owners and executives.
