The RN Residency Program at Overland Park Regional Medical Center offers a structured, paid transition from student nurse to registered nurse with hands-on learning and mentorship. Openings are for December graduates to start in February 2027 cohort. The program includes a 22 week orientation focused on OR Surgery, with on-call overnight and weekend duties.
