Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Naples, Florida
The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) will serve as an OR circulator, supporting the surgical team with patient care planning, critical thinking, and coordination throughout the perioperative process. Responsibilities include collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR personnel, and other staff to ensure care is delivered according to applicable standards, physician orders, and facility policies and procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift (6:30a5p) with call; shift hours are 10 with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Licensure as required for practice in the operating room setting
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • At least 2 years of operating room experience
  • Strength in orthopedic, neurology, robotics, ENT, general surgery, and urology
  • Cerner experience
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
• Additional Information:
  • Expectation to float between campuses as needed
• Float: Float rotation may be required
