What You'll Do This is an inside sales and customer service position, so your day will include a combination of helping our existing customers and identifying opportunities to grow those relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Answer incoming customer calls and assist with insurance-related questions and service needs. Build relationships with existing customers and provide a consistent, positive experience. Review customer accounts and identify potential coverage needs and opportunities. Conduct needs-based conversations across multiple State Farm product lines. Provide quotes and discuss available insurance options with customers. Follow up with customers and prospective customers by phone, text, and email. Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through additional products and services. Assist with policy changes, documentation, billing questions, and general account servicing. Schedule appointments for additional insurance and financial-services conversations when appropriate. Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow-up activities. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
