This role is perfect for a visionary creative leader passionate about fitness and wellness, responsible for driving high-impact marketing and advertising initiatives. The Creative Director will lead the development of campaigns across digital, social, video, product, and internal communications, ensuring brand differentiation and alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external agencies, and mentor a high-performing creative team to deliver compelling, insight-driven content that motivates audiences and supports business growth. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape brand storytelling, innovate using emerging technologies, and influence the consumer experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities

Lead development and production of all creative work, ensuring campaigns are fresh, insightful, and effectively differentiate the brand

Develop creative strategies for marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media channels

Partner with marketing, product, and brand teams to align creative output with business goals and product launches

Manage video pre-production, production, and post-production processes for all content

Oversee agency collaborations, ensuring work adheres to brand standards and elevates production quality

Mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability

Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and consumer insights to continuously optimize creative performance

Establish creative workflows, roadmaps, and measurement frameworks to ensure efficient project execution

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

8+ years of experience in creative roles for national consumer brands, including retail or e-commerce

Passion for fitness and wellness with a desire to inspire positive change

Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and agencies

Proven ability to develop and oversee compelling creative work that drives business results

Expertise in design, productivity, and workflow tools such as Figma, Wrike, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Teams

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital storytelling techniques

Curiosity-driven problem solver with a collaborative, agile mindset

Experience managing video production and multimedia campaigns
