Role Overview Remote | Full-Time Maybeck Design Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing remote team. This role will support multifamily, hospitality, restaurant, and commercial office projects nationwide. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit, experienced in active project production environments, and comfortable balancing both creative design development and technical documentation responsibilities. This position involves close collaboration with the design and architectural teams to develop concept packages, space plans, construction drawings, FF&E selections, and presentation materials while maintaining project schedules and client expectations. Responsibilities Develop interior design concepts and presentation materials Assist with space planning and architectural layouts Produce construction drawings and Revit documentation packages Develop finish palettes and material selections Coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections Assist with 3D modeling, rendering coordination, and visual presentations Coordinate project revisions, redlines, and drawing updates Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams Support project deadlines and fast-paced production schedules Assist with permit and construction documentation coordination Maintain organized project files and drawing standards Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of professional interior design experience required Must be highly proficient in Revit Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing Experience with multifamily, hospitality, restaurant, coworking, or commercial office projects preferred Ability to work efficiently within active project deadlines Strong space planning and interior architectural coordination skills Understanding of building codes and construction standards Experience with FF&E specification and finish selections Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or rendering platforms is a plus Additional Requirements Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Applicants must be open to completing an initial trial period to assess technical skills, production capabilities, communication, and overall team fit This is not an entry-level training position; applicants should already be comfortable producing work within active project environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Maybeck Design
