Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments, annual competencies, and facility-assigned modules

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license: Must hold a permanent Ohio RN license or a valid compact license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum of 1 year of permanent employment experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted
• One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — co-worker references will not be accepted
• Must be able to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• No open licensing actions or open background hits; all background findings are subject to facility review
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience within a single Med-Surg / Telemetry location preferred, though combined experience across facilities is accepted
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration competency assessments
• Prior travel nursing experience within a large health system environment
