RecruiterLocation: St. Louis, MOPay rate: $34.50/hr. on w2.Duration: 6+ Month ContractResponsibilities:Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying the customer’s needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provides professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.Requirements:Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience needed.Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting experience.Start times are fairly flexible. Some team members start at 7 AM, with the latest start time being 8:30 AM.Required to work a full 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.Start times are flexible, but starting later than 8:30 AM would need to be discussed if there is a specific reason.
