This role collaborates with both local and offshore teams to maintain compliance and efficiency in all AP operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of Accounts Payable Specialists to ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing.Enter and process a high volume of invoices efficiently while maintaining data integrity.Perform AP reconciliations, including vendor statements and internal records, to ensure accuracy.Manage and coordinate with offshore AP team and auditors to maintain consistent standards.Prepare and process payments (ACH, checks, wires) in accordance with company policies.Review invoices for proper coding, accuracy, and approval routing.Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and handle inquiries promptly.Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.Own month-end close tasks related to Accounts Payable.Support ad hoc AP tasks and assist in automation projects as neededRequired Experience/SkillsMinimum 4 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.Proven experience managing a team of AP specialists.Bachelor's degree required.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.Preferred Experience/SkillsStrong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot invoice or payment issues.Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and ad hoc requests.Education RequirementsBachelor's degreeBenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
