The Locker Room Attendant

We are seeking professional and detail oriented. The Locker Room Attendant is to provide exceptional service for our members and guests. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming locker room environment while delivering a high level of personalized service consistent with the standards of a premier private country club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and lounge areas throughout the day.
• Provide attentive service to members, including shoe care, locker setup, and amenity replenishment.
• Greet members warmly and assist with requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor and restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and grooming items.
• Ensure lockers are clean, secure, and properly assigned.
• Handle laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Maintain a discreet and respectful presence, ensuring member privacy at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.
• Support special events and high-traffic periods as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, country club, or luxury service environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [25–50 lbs] as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
