Program Associate

Supporting the operational delivery of a 5-Year Strategic Plan, the full-time remote Program Associate will manage member engagement, coordinate strategic initiatives, and elevate organizational communications within the sustainable seafood sector. Key responsibilities Coordinate activities across three strategic priority areas: Wild Sector Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and North American Aquaculture Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries and assist in onboarding new member companies Develop and execute communications strategies to enhance Sea Pact's visibility among key stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, marine science, sustainability, nonprofit management, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant professional experience Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting Proficiency in standard productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.) Familiarity with the seafood industry or sustainable seafood practices Experience with data collection, survey tools, or basic data management
