- Schedule: 24-hour call, 7 days or so per month

- Practice Settings: Hospital Only
- Patients Per Day: 1 surgical case per day on average
- Support Staff: 2 MAs, 1 Front Desk support, 1 plastic surgeon
- No inpatient PA/NP coverage in-house
- General surgery residents, but no fellowship program onsite
- NP/PA in the clinic 4days/week
- Trauma Level: 2
- Patient Age Demographic: All ages
- Required Procedures: Plastic Surgery Trauma Cases, Adult Plastic Surgery Cases, Pediatric Plastic Surgery Cases, General Plastic Surgery, Facial Laceration Repairs, Scar Revision, Skin Grafts, Flaps, Facial Surgery Procedures
- Facial Surgery Procedures Required: Trauma Call

- Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
- Fellowship
- ACLS
- Licenses: MI License
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
