Work Environment\nThis position is entirely remote, leveraging technology to deliver high-quality mental health services to our clients across the state of California. As a telehealth provider, you will conduct video therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choosing. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of patients and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans. \n
- Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Organize and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support group sessions, fostering a sense of community among participants and normalizing discussions around mental health. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care, including coordinating treatment and sharing insights. \n
- Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies while remaining calm and supportive. \n
- Educate patients regarding mental health conditions, treatment choices, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, complying with both legal and ethical guidelines to ensure patient privacy. \n
- Engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings, and commit to ongoing professional development, keeping current with the latest research in mental health therapies. \n
The patients you will serve at Willow Counseling Center encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences, and mental health conditions. Our client base includes individuals struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and those navigating life transitions such as grief, relationship changes, or recovery from substance use. You will play a pivotal role in not just treating these conditions but empowering clients through psychoeducation and promoting resilience.

- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required for this role. \n
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory. \n

- Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing impactful treatment plans. \n
- Experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse clientele is essential. \n
