Our well-known products are sold throughout North America to mass merchants and other retail customers. We have an opening for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to be a key contributor to our growth. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Specialist with experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, and distribution who is passionate about continuous improvement, developing teams, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced distribution environment and enjoys leading from the warehouse floor. This is a floor-focused leadership role—not a desk-only position. The ideal candidate thrives in warehouse operations, leads from the front, and builds high-performing teams. This position is currently based in Reno, Nevada, with required travel to California for training. Position Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, and labor utilization. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and transportation regulations. Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment while optimizing warehouse layout and storage capacity. Establish operational KPIs, monitor results, and implement corrective actions. Prepare annual logistics budgets and analyze monthly performance against budget. Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development of warehouse team members. Coach, counsel, and support front-line supervisors in employee performance management. Provide logistics and distribution analysis to optimize transportation, inventory flow, and customer service. Minimum Experience Required Must reside within commuting distance of Reno, NV. Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field required. 1–5 years of Supply Chain and/or Industrial Engineering experience in a distribution or warehouse environment. 2+ years of operational management experience overseeing receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse operations. 1–3 years of logistics/transportation experience in a CPG and mass-market distribution environment. Experience supporting omni-channel distribution with emphasis on e-commerce fulfillment. Strong understanding of U.S. domestic transportation, including small parcel and omni-channel freight. Familiarity with container import processes. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of Kaizen principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally 10–20%. Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma certification. Knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures. Why Join Intex?
