Located in the rolling hills of southwest Wisconsin, our residential treatment center provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults overcoming substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Every day, our team helps clients rediscover hope, rebuild confidence, and create lasting change. We're looking for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor who is passionate about helping people grow through connection, education, and meaningful therapeutic experiences. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy facilitating engaging groups that inspire recovery, we'd love to meet you. Schedule:- Tuesday-Saturday
- 8:30am-5:00pm
- Facilitate daily group therapy, and educational and process groups.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Carry a small individual counseling caseload.
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Encourage client engagement while promoting a safe, supporting therapeutic environment.
- Active CSAC in the state of Wisconsin (required).
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
- Valid WI Driver's License.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
