HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR IN MCDONOUGH, GA

This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation and warehouse activities to ensure efficient inbound and outbound operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $21.67
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday-Friday; 7AM-3:30PM with mandatory OT to include Saturday when needed
• Located in McDonough, Georgia

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and assist drivers upon arrival
• Schedule and coordinate inbound truckloads to meet warehouse and customer requirements
• Build and coordinate outbound loads for shipment
• Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping documents, and transportation records
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process receipts, shipments, inventory movements, and load assignments
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers regarding shipment status, scheduling, and operational needs
• Monitor daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Respond to a high volume of emails and phone calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Identify and resolve shipping, inventory, or transportation issues quickly to minimize operational disruptions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and transportation procedures
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to meet daily productivity goals
• Assist with inventory and shipping-related projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and transportation operations

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required
• Working knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping documentation, and transportation processes
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
