Independent Living Skills Coach Youth & Adults

MRC Industries

MRC Industries is seeking a Youth and Adult Independent Living Supports Coach to join the Community Living Supports team in Michigan. This non-exempt role supports youth ages 5-18 and adults to meet goals outlined in their service plans, including meal prep, medication management, safety, ADLs, and community engagement.

Night, weekend, and daytime shifts are available based on need. The coach provides instruction, documents progress, coordinates activities, supervises health-related tasks, and
