Qualifications: Punctual Knowledge of auto and truck parts Able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Self-starter, reliable, and a problem-solver Able to expedite tasks while remaining accurate Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform storefront opening and closing procedures Eagerly greet customers and offer assistance in finding cars and parts using company software Accurately follow and carry out company policies and operating procedures Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at the entrance and exit Accurately identify auto and truck parts for purchase Handle card and cash transactions using company point of sale system Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 60 days 401 K with company matching after a year of employment Paid time off after 90 days 9 paid working holidays
