We're seeking a dependable and motivated individual to operate heat treat equipment used to strengthen and enhance metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate heat treating furnaces and related equipment
- Load and unload materials throughout the production process
- Monitor production cycles and ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished parts and maintain accurate production records
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Heat treat experience is a plus and may qualify for higher pay
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Full-time pay for a 3-day workweek
