Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Specializedly Designed Instruction (SDI) tailored to diverse learning needs for middle and high school students
• Track and report student progress through ongoing monitoring and documentation
• Develop instructional trials and implement supportive strategies to promote academic achievement
• Collaborate with fellow educators in a supportive environment to address student-specific goals
• Engage with students and build positive relationships to enhance their educational experience
• No requirements for IEP writing, allowing you to focus on impactful, hands-on teaching

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• Experience working with students in middle school or high school settings is ideally suited
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and differentiated instruction
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
